Supervisor/Reasonable Suspicion Training

Why do I need to take this course?

The Department of Transportation requires any supervisor, who sends or refers employees for drug /alcohol testing under a DOT certified drug testing program, become trained in the administration and implementation of these procedures. (Per FMCSR 49 CFR §382.603)

What does this course consist of?

This course meets and exceeds the federal requirements. The following will apply:

• 60 minutes of  controlled substance abuse
• 60 minutes of alcohol misuse
• Reasonable Suspicion Training, Q & A, and regulation updates.
• Three ring binder with information about the course to be used for later reference
