DOT Supervisor Training “Reasonable Suspicion”
Comprehensive training for supervisors to meet the mandatory requirements of 49 CFR § 382.603. This course provides the required 60 minutes of training on alcohol misuse and 60 minutes on controlled substances use (60/60 split). Participants learn to recognize the physical, behavioral, speech, and performance indicators of probable misuse, empowering them to confidently make “Reasonable Suspicion” determinations and properly document the process to protect the organization and the public.
