Important Notice: Change of office procedure - PLEASE READ!

Dear valued client,

After careful and thoughtful consideration, ITI has made the decision to NOT accept walk-ins for drug and alcohol testing and driver qualification files starting March 16th – March 20th. We will be evaluating the situation in our community, our state and surrounding areas as the Indiana State Health Department gives direction in regards to the COVID-19 virus and updating our clients as needed.

We understand that this will cause some inconvenience for our local clients but feel that for the betterment of our employees and clients this is the best move during this time. Our goal is to maintain a healthy workforce so that we can continue to service your compliance needs by sourcing clinics locally and nationwide along with driver qualification files daily. In doing this, we believe that we can continue to be fully operational during this time and help to join the forces to stop the spreading of the COVID-19 virus locally and nationwide.

FOR DRUG TESTING NEEDS IN THE INDIANAPOLIS AREA:

Please contact ITI’s drug and alcohol department at customer.service@itihq.com , so that an ITI team member can direct you to the best local clinic that is in our network of clinics for your needs. It is very important that the drug test or breath alcohol test is set up prior to your employee arriving at a clinic by an ITI team member. This eliminates any confusion for your employees when arriving at the clinic and any billing issues or unwarranted additional costs. The employees will have either a paper authorization or an electronic authorization that will need to be provided to that specific clinic in order for them to perform any services.

FOR DRIVER QUALIFICATION NEEDS IN THE INDIANAPOLIS AREA:

Please contact our safety department at safety@itihq.com, so that an ITI team member can assist you with logging into the ITI Website for any new drivers that are in need to begin the DOT application process at your office location, on any personal device or at their home. If any new driver is unable to log in to the ITI Website to complete the Driver Qualification File process, a paper packet can be provided for you to print and hand to the specific new hire. You may return any paper packets via your DQF Portal or via fax. If you need directions on how to access your online DQF portal or online DOT application process please reach out to the safety department ASAP.

Please feel free to call our corporate office at 317-271-2611 with any questions.

Thank you in advance for your patience, cooperation, understanding and your commitment to health and safety,

Indiana Testing Inc.
