FMCSA CLEARINGHOUSE CHANGES – ACTION REQUIRED

 Due to the FMCSA Clearinghouse Database not accepting SSN as a form of employee ID, Starting January 1st, 2020, ITI will begin to use DLN for all employee testing.

The use of SSN will delay your turn around time for results.

Please send in your current employee list (separated by DOT and NON-DOT) in an excel sheet to customer.service@itihq.com. We will need the below criteria in the excel sheet.

• First and last name

• DLN

• Home base (if applicable)
