According to our records, you have DOT regulated employees that are entered into our Driver Qualification File Program. As your transportation solution provider, we strive daily to keep you in compliance with 49 CFR Part 391.

In order to keep your drivers operating for you and our records in check please make sure the below items are reviewed: 

1. Send all expiring updates to safety@itihq.com upon receiving.

2. Send all terminated drivers immediately to safety@itihq.com – The ITI Safety Department is a separate department from the Drug and Alcohol Department. It is very important that the DER is notifying both departments of drivers that need to be removed from DQF’s and random pools.

3. Please ensure that your list of drivers is accurate and true with ITI Safety Department. The best way to ensure this is to view the monthly letter sent out at the end of each month. This vital tool is a great way to continue to monitor your driver pool and upcoming expirations.

4. Any driver that is listed as a current driver in your DQF program will have an annual MVR ran immediately upon expiration date. There will be no refunds issued if a driver is no longer employed and notification was not submitted to the ITI safety department at safety@itihq.com or via portal access.

5. As a reminder, drivers are not added to your DQF Program until their file is complete.
