MVR Monitoring & Medical Updates

We obtain and provide the DOT-required annual Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for each driver as part of your Driver Qualification File compliance. In addition, we review records annually for new violations, suspensions, or license downgrades. We also manage tracking of Medical Examiner’s Certificates (MedCards) to ensure drivers remain physically qualified and that their certification status is properly updated with the state by obtaining a current updated MVR if required.
