Dear Valued Client,

As the end of 2017 quickly approaches, we want to reach out to all of our clients that are currently in ITI’s random drug and alcohol program. The end-of-year always seems to sneak up on us before we know it and ITI wants to make sure you’re in compliance for 2017.  Several have already completed testing and are in compliance, please feel free to email to verify.

We need all clients that have neglected to complete their testing, to do so as quickly as possible. Given the short time remaining in the quarter, all delinquent testing will need to be taken care of as soon as possible.  ITI recommends that all testing is completed by Dec 23rd, 2017 to ensure compliance. While failing to test during the selected time period is a clear violation, the FMCSA will look more favorably upon the fact that you did complete the testing.

In some cases, drug and alcohol testing has been completed but Indiana Testing Inc.’s COC and MRO Dr. Lopez were not used. We will need those copies for statistical purposes to show your compliance for the year. Please double check to make sure you have completed your testing and the correct COC’s were used.

Also, at this time please send in any updates for your 1^st quarter random selections. If you need your current list of employees listed in your random pool you may email customer.service@itihq.com or log-in to your ITI Live Account to verify. If you do not have a username or password please email customer.service@itihq.com.
