Dear Valued ITI Clients,

We hope that you and your families are safe and healthy during these difficult times. We first want to thank all of our clients for your patience during this time.

ITI’s main office is open and ready for donors to come in!

We are encouraging all of our clients to start thinking about randoms that are still needed to be completed from Quarter 1 along with recent random selections from Quarter 2. This is the best time to start sending in donors to be completed.

Below are our new procedures for walk-in clients.

• Only individuals coming to ITI for services to be rendered will be allowed into the building. No individuals accompanying the individual will be allowed into the building.

• Individuals must have a mask to enter and a temperature check will be performed. The temperature must be under 100 to remain in the building for services. 

• Individuals will need to follow the instructions posted in the parking lot to check-in for services by calling into our mainline at 317.271.2611. We are asking individuals to remain in their cars until they have called in and received further instruction.

• Only so many individuals will be allowed into the building at a time and the procedure will be explained to each individual during a phone conversation.

• If individuals are coming to have both drug/alcohol testing and DQF services they may be asked to return to their vehicle once drug testing services are performed to wait for the DQF process to begin.

As a reminder, we DO NOT test for COVID-19 at our collection site. All of ITI Team members will be in PPE gear along with other safeguards that have been implemented for the safety and health of ITI team members and our clients. This is a great time to get your 1^st and 2^nd quarter randoms completed in a safe and secure collection area.
