Corrective Action Plan

If your operation is the unfortunate recipient of a Compliance Review by the FMCSA, the result will usually lead to a conditional or unsatisfactory rating. If your operation receives either of these ratings, you will be tasked to prepare and provide a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) to the FMCSA for their review. ITI is very experienced in the preparation of CAPs and can:

• Prepare your CAP, meeting the requirements set forth by the FMCSA
• Assist you with meeting the details of your prepared CAP
• Provide the FMCSA with further updates on the results of the CAP
